We must wait for the regulatory rescission period to expire prior to disbursing your funds. Please note we are sending funds via ACH & processing of these transactions will vary by banking institution. In your closing package, you will receive a Notice of Right to Cancel, which will outline your rights and applicable rescission period. Your HELOC funds will be disbursed the business day after your rescission period ends.

To receive the HELOC proceeds you must add and verify a personal bank account in your name. Business accounts will not be accepted.
